Just Folks was born from a simple idea: to help people build brands that feel as real and genuine as the people behind them.
United by a shared passion for purpose-driven work, we saw the incredible potential in a new generation of founders — full of ideas, creativity, and heart. With the right support, strategic thinking, and belief, they knew those ideas could grow into brands that truly make a difference.

Khoi Pham
Khoi has spent almost a decade in marketing, brand strategy, and creative, helping brands find their voice and connect with the people who matter.
Prior to starting Just Folks, he worked across market research, advertising, branding, design, and consulting. Combining together diverse experience around the world and a deep understanding of local insights in Vietnam, he helps businesses build enduring brands they deserve.
Khoi believes that every lasting brand starts from within, with the founder’s heart, purpose, and vision. That’s what drives him: helping founders shape brands that not only stand out but truly stand for something.
